| Hernandez, former Head Varsity Volleyball coach at the Forman School, Head JV Volleyball coach and now current assistant Varsity coach at the Taft School, was an outside hitter, defensive specialist, and libero on the Yale Women’s Club Volleyball team in her time at Yale College. As a three year letter winner, two year team captain, and Oronoque All-Division selection (as a senior) in high school, Hernandez brings over a decade of playing experience into her ninth year as a coach. This will be her eighth season* as the head coach of the New Haven Juniors 18U team and her ninth year overall with the program. *There was no season in 2021 due to the covid-19 pandemic. |
