Coach Ana returns to New Haven Juniors Volleyball club for the 2025-2026 season to serve as the new Girls 16U head coach and club director. A longtime advocate and active member of the New Haven Volleyball community, she brings a deep commitment and passion to her new role.

Ana current serves as an assistant volleyball coach at Quinnipiac University. Ana joined the Bobcats after two successful seasons as head coach at the University of New Haven, where she led the Chargers to back-to-back NCAA Division II Tournament appearances and consecutive NE-10 Conference Championships in 2023 and 2024.

Previously, she served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at UNC Charlotte, helping guide the 49ers to three straight Conference USA Tournament appearances, including their first semifinal in program history in 2020. Pego also held coaching roles at Le Moyne and began her career at New Haven, where she earned two master’s degrees in Sport and Environmental Science.
